I provide osteopathic treatments that are both medical and holistic, utilising a combination of structural osteopathic techniques, cranial osteopathy, and exercise rehabilitation to help clients achieve effective pain relief. These treatments are tailored to address musculoskeletal issues and restore physical function. As a Reiki Master, I also integrate energy healing within these sessions or offer it as a standalone treatment. This approach allows for deeper healing from imbalances that may be causing physical, emotional, or spiritual pain, supporting clients in achieving overall well-being and relief from discomfort.
