Reena Joshi
Hi, I’m Reena Joshi, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people achieve freedom—physically, emotionally, and professionally. As a hands-on practitioner, I’ve loved guiding patients from pain to moving freely and living without restrictions. But I realised that it’s not just our bodies that can feel stuck—our emotions, mindset, and energy play a crucial role too. This inspired me to expand my expertise, becoming a Life Coach in 2024 and pursuing an Intuitive Healing Mentorship with Eunice Gong.
Over the years, I’ve lectured at the Italian School of Osteopathy, served as Head of Year 2 at the Surrey Institute of Osteopathy, and spent many years as an FCC Examiner. My passion for innovation earned me the Innovation in Practice Award from the Institute of Osteopathy in 2021 for creating a pioneering online community for health professionals. I’ve also co-founded OsteoAllies, built a thriving clinic, and mentored countless professionals.
Whether through coaching, speaking, or mentoring, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping others flourish. My mission is to guide you to break free, align with your potential, and create a life and business you love. Let’s thrive together!
